For this home, we began by removing all wood paneling in the living and dining areas, as well as all carpet and flooring except in the entryway. We also removed the popcorn ceiling in every room. Each room received a new ceiling fan, multiple disc lights, updated plugs and switches, and new light fixtures where needed.
All interior walls were primed, textured, and painted. We installed new flooring, carpet, and trim throughout the home. Both bathrooms received new toilets, and a new water heater was installed. We added new cabinetry in one bathroom and the laundry room, and made minor repairs to the exterior stonework.
Lastly, we pressure washed the exterior and cleaned up the overgrown backyard. A new privacy picket fence was added along the sides of the home, along with a chain-link fence at the back that included an access gate to the park behind the property.
